Narberth’s three newest police officers joined the force for the day. Michael and Brian Stewart, 7-year-old twins, and J.T. McNally, 6, became honorary police officers and were shown aspects of police work that included fingerprinting to seeing the jail cells. The three St. Margaret students were selected as part of a fundraiser for the school earlier this year.

Singer Elton John at the Advanta Tennis Smash Hits match Wednesday, Oct. 10, 2007, in Villanova, Pa. Elton John and Andy Roddick played Anna Kournikova and Lindsay Davenport in the charity event. Proceeds from the tennis program benefit the Elton John Aids foundation.
The new Harriton High School boasts a high performance, environmentally-sensitive design. “Green” features will include use of recycled stormwater, enhanced energy performance and daylight harvesting. Facilities highlights include two gymnasiums, an 850-seat theatre, lecture room with tiered seating, library/multi-media center and fully-integrated technology.
