Philadelphia Mayor Michael Nutter walks along the Benjamin Franklin Parkway where the new Barnes will stand as protestors against the museum's move from Merion hold up posters. The Barnes Foundation held a ceremony to announce the timeline for the Barnes Foundation art education building opening. Pennsylvania Governor Ed Rendell also attended the ceremony.
